Caroline's name appears next to the dictionary definition for "wanderlust" and her writing reflects her passion for travel, outdoor adventure, and health and fitness. She's happiest exploring everything from far-flung spots across the globe to her own backyard in Vancouver, British Columbia. Much of this exploring is with her teenage son in tow, which always adds a unique twist. Her work has appeared in North Shore News, The Province, and online at My Family Travels.

Caroline has had a wealth of diverse writing experience in her 25 year career. With an MBA degree, and a business background in consumer packaged goods, she has written countless marketing plans and business reviews. As a tireless volunteer in the school district and municipal government, she produces newsletters, project recommendations, and funding requests. She is proud of her environmental activism and is currently co-authoring a book about a major B.C. environmental campaign and court case.

Eager to enhance her skills, Caroline is enrolled as a student in Simon Fraser University's Writing and Publishing Program, and plans to graduate with an editing certificate in Spring 2012.

Caroline is thrilled to be sharing her knowledge and passion with readers and writers at Suite101.
